Standard Delivery With Australia Parcel Post - Delivered to your door within 3 - 6 business days*

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our premises.
Up to 3kg within Australia | Flat Rate - $10

Next Day Delivery With Australia Post Express - Delivered to your door within 1 business day*

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our premises. Saturday delivery is available.
Up to 3kg within Australia | Flat Rate - $15

 

Handling Time - We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Orders are normally shipped between 1 – 3 business days. Please be aware that at peak times including Easter, Christmas and special sales, orders might take longer to be dispatched (4 - 8 business days).

  • We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
  • We must have your complete and correct address, including a company name when necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

*If you request the parcel to be left unattended at the recipient's premises, you must check the box in the Authority to Leave section during checkout to accept the risks/responsibility in the event that it goes missing. Your order will be shipped with Australia Parcel Post.

 

International Delivery with Australia Standard Post - Delivered to your door within 7 - 10 business days

Need to Return or Exchange?

It’s simple! You are happy, we are happy! We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchased from us.

Please check your order upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied contact us at info@pkcollection.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will organise an exchange or refund.

Returns will be reimbursed/ exchanged within 30 days. Please note we will only accept products in their original condition and packaging. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the product is faulty.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
